Most of our production is custom-made and built to order, tailored to each project and each space. This demands a high level of process engineering and rigorous quality standards, which are essential to achieving excellence and ensuring reliable results that meet customer expectations.
Our story
IBCONNECT was born as a family business from Navarra and today has more than four decades of experience in precision manufacturing in the Ribera region of Navarra. Since its origins in the Peralta area, the business group has grown generation after generation on three pillars that remain intact: technical excellence, commitment to people, and local roots.
Being a brand with family origins is not a limitation: it is an asset. It has shaped a way of doing business based on stable decision-making, a long-term vision, care for people, and building lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community.
Today, we remain committed to local industrial development, maintaining quality jobs in a rural area, because we believe that competitiveness is built on innovation, quality, and human talent.

Quality is not a standard to be met; it is a passion to be shared. 95% of our production is customized, which requires technical expertise, active listening to the customer, and the ability to innovate continuously.
Care for people
People are IBCONNECT's most valuable asset. An average length of service of 15 years, zero lost-time accidents, and employee benefits above those of the collective agreement are proof of this commitment.
Local roots
95% of our workforce is from Navarra. Nine out of ten suppliers operate within a 200 km radius. The company is part of the socioeconomic fabric of Peralta and the Ribera region of Navarra, and acts accordingly.
Commitment to
the environment
We see sustainability as a responsibility built into our daily activity.
Our own photovoltaic installation covers 82% of our electricity consumption with renewable sources, reducing the environmental impact of our activity. We work under a certified environmental management system and comply with the main European regulations on sustainability and materials.
When it comes to waste, we apply a “zero waste” philosophy: all waste generated is fully segregated and 100% managed through authorized waste management companies. We also take part in end-of-life product recovery programs.
In 2025, we calculated our carbon footprint for the first time in accordance with the GHG Protocol and the ISO 14064-1:2018 standard. The result: 85.16 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent in Scopes 1 and 2, a benchmark that will serve as the starting point for our 2026-2030 decarbonization plan.
We have set a clear roadmap to keep moving forward: reducing emissions, improving energy efficiency, and evolving toward more sustainable models across our entire value chain. All of this is documented and quantified in our 2025 Sustainability Report, which you can download here:
The soul of our company
At IBCONNECT, we understand that connectivity is built by people. Our company is made up of 115 people, with 90% on permanent contracts, an average length of service of 15 years, and 95% of our workforce from Navarra. This reflects stability, experience, and a strong commitment to the region where we were born and where we continue to grow.
This strength is also backed by a real commitment to professional development. IBCONNECT has an onboarding program for new hires, an annual training plan, technical skills development, and documented internal promotion. On top of this, we offer a stable and inclusive work environment, with women making up 76% of our workforce, more than 50% of management positions held by women, and zero lost-time workplace accidents in the last three years.
